Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 5 August 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

Timixo (the “Service”) is provided by Timixo (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Timixo. You can reach us at support@timixo.com.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing or continuing to use Timixo, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you are using Timixo as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

3. The service

Timixo is a workforce management platform providing time tracking, attendance, screenshots and activity monitoring, scheduling, tasks and projects, HR records, invoicing and reporting. Features available to you depend on the plan you select.

You are responsible for using monitoring features (including screenshots, location and face-match punches) lawfully, which normally requires informing and, where required, obtaining consent from the people you monitor. You are the controller of the employee data you collect through Timixo.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • use Timixo for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of employment or privacy law;
  • engage in fraud, spam, or misrepresentation;
  • infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • upload malware, probe or interfere with our security, or scrape the Service;
  • reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service, or circumvent technical or plan limits.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, documentation, design and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You keep ownership of your content and data, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Payment, billing and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing frequency, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy.

8. Service level and warranties

We work to keep Timixo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. AI features

Some features (the AI assistant, anomaly detection and face-match verification) produce automated output. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and must not be relied on as legal, HR, financial or professional advice. You remain responsible for reviewing AI output before acting on it, including any employment or disciplinary decision.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, you may export your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes, assignment and force majeure

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Timixo is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
